Aquawrap®Simple — Ideal for high pressure pipeline and other structural repairs (FiberGlass or Carbon)

Aquawrap® is a low cost composite system for use in repair and reinforcement of existing mechanical systems, structures and piping utilizing ASME PCC-2, DOT CRF 192 & 195 and ISO 24817 standards for the proper design in accordance with a variety of pipe standards, including ASME B31.1/B313./B31.4/B31.8 and ISO 24817 of composite repair systems. Aquawrap® is also ANSI/NSF 61 approved for contact with potable water. Furnished factory-impregnated with the proprietary 22-77 resin system, it is odorless and non-flammable. Aquawrap® is ready to apply, right out of the bag and cures by way of a chemical reaction with field-applied water. When cured, it is a very durable, high strength material that is impervious to fuels, most chemicals and solvents. It permanently bonds to a wide variety of surfaces such as metals, composites, concrete, plastics, and wood. A quick-curing, self-contained, pre-packaged pipe wrapping composite repair tape. Water-activated. Requires minimal training. Excellent for high strength reinforcement, corrosion protection or as a quick stop-gap repair prior to other repair methods. Aquawrap® is available in different widths, lengths, fiber orientation, and fiber types. Aquawrap® Composites can be installed easily on straight pipe, elbows, tees, offshore risers, underwater, flange reducers, and used on saddle repairs for crevice corrosion and dent gouges. It can be installed on all specified pipelines including API-SL, ASTM and AWWA.

Aquawrap® Fast — Quick — Ideal for lower pressure pipelines and temporary repair of Low Pressure leaking piping systems. (FiberGlass)

Aquawrap® Fast is a low cost composite system for lower pressure piping and pipelines or the temporary repair of low pressure leaking piping systems. It is odorless and solvent-free. Cured Aquawrap® is a very durable, high long term strength material, impervious to fuels, most chemicals and solvents. It permanently bonds to a wide variety of surfaces such as metals, composites, concrete, plastics and wood.

Aquawrap® is ready to apply, right out of the bag and cures by way of a chemical reaction with field-applied water. This offers considerable advantages over conventional cloth-resin systems in that there is no resin measuring, mixing, spreading, solvents, or dripping polymer mess.

PowerSleeve® — Versatile — Ideal for Pipes and Structures in High Temperature & Harsh Chemical Environments. (Fiberglass or Carbon)

PowerSleeve, our engineered composite kit, consists of a fabric that is a hybrid alloy, non-crimped system, employing aerospace grade E-glass and Dupont's Kevlar yarns, arranged in a multi-axis layout that maximizes the ultimate composite strengths. PowerSleeve® is a field wet-out system. Provides specific high strengths to the hoop, torsional and bending axis of pipes. PowerSleeve® systems meet the material qualification and design requirements of the ASME PCC-2 standard as well as U.S. DOT 49 CFR 192 and 195 Standards A very versatile, high strength, engineered composite system, produced in pre-measured, complete kits designed for the repair of pipe systems which are leaking or may develop leaks as well as pipes, tanks or vessels. Used to restore full strength to pipe, pressure vessels and industrial structures. Goes over most old repairs, wall damage, branch connections and around bends. No measuring, weighing, cutting or wasted materials. PowerSleeve® is packaged in kit format, allowing for quicker and more precise field installations. There are five different epoxy resin systems available to handle nearly any installation, including high heat. Our Standard system is used for temperatures up 220° F. The 70079 system has excellent chemical resistance properties and is used in applications up to 140o F. The 439 system is used up to 325° F, as well as its slow-cure counterpart, 439-S. This slow cure version allows for applications at higher temperature. The X-TEMP-2 system has a top range of 450° F. The fabric and resins are shipped in separate packages and combined in the field. Standard systems have a "room temperature" cure. Designed as an engineered replacement for conventional steel-based long term repair, reinforcement and piping-system upgrades. Many different resin systems and types of fiber reinforcements can be combined to provide special performance characteristics with these kits. Rating for the standard PowerSleeve® system is based on the number of wraps, so high pressures are safely contained.

Perforator Tool

Perforation in the Stricture Banding™ is required to release CO2 gas buildup that occurs during the cure of Aquawrap®. The tool used by every professional installer.
